If your log in e-mail and password are not working, you can change your own password. To do this, first, browse to the web dashboard:
On the login screen under the text boxes to enter the e-mail and password you will find a forgot password link.
Click on this link and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. Enter the e-mail address associated with your Sonarcloud account and click "Send". You will be e-mailed a link to change your password.
Once you receive the e-mail, click on the link in the e-mail to be taken to the page to reset your Sonarcloud password.
Enter your Sonarcloud account e-mail, as well as your new password. Also enter your password again in underneath. Now click "Reset Password".
Your password should be changed.
