Operational texts about PA/bell system outages, site-visit scheduling and arrival windows, restore confirmations, and support ticket follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

1) Email / Intercom request (primary): A school contact emails or messages SonarCloud support (for example <a href="mailto:info@getsonarcloud.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">info@getsonarcloud.com</a> or through the SonarCloud dashboard Intercom chat) and asks to be texted about a visit, outage, or ticket. SonarCloud replies confirming we will text that mobile number for operational updates. Consent is optional and is not required to receive email support or to use SonarCloud.

2) Phone / on-site verbal consent: During a support call or on-site visit, SonarCloud staff asks if the school contact wants visit/outage updates by text. If they say yes and provide a mobile number, SonarCloud records the consent and may send operational SMS to that number. Verbal consent is optional and is not required to receive service.

We do not use web signup forms, keyword JOIN, or pre-checked boxes for this program. We do not require SMS consent to create an account, keep SonarCloud running, or receive support by email/phone.
