Once an announcement is being played already on your PA System via the Sonarcloud system, you still have the ability through the phone system to stop that announcement from playing immediately.
Simply dial *7 plus the number of the zone where the announcement is playing. If you're unsure what the zone is, dialling *70 is usually sufficient.
